Then you will enjoy our Small Retreat! Treat yourself to a few days of rest and relaxation dedicated to yourself, in a private location, surrounded by silence and beautiful nature. The ideal environment to take care of your body and to relax your mind.

During our Small Retreat we receive groups of up to 6 people. We do exercises together, but we also leave enough space to unwind individually. Every day we enjoy delicious vegetarian organic dishes prepared by our private chef. You will return home fully charged with new energy and insights.

You can book your stay individually and as a group.

Please note: We organize our Small Retreats from 3 participants onwards. If we have fewer than 3 registrations, we look forward to hosting you with our B&B formula.

You can also easily book extra days before and after your Small Retreat on a B&B basis. This way you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings at your own pace.

Programme

Day 1: Check in

On the first day, we welcome you with a drink and a snack. You will have time to quietly explore your room and the property.

  • 17.30: We land at Seeds Of Silence. We take time to get acquainted in an opening circle. We settle down completely with breathing techniques and mindfulness exercises.
    19.00: We conclude our first day with a sumptuous welcome dinner.

Day 2: Rest and relaxation

The second day of the Small Retreat is all about rest and relaxation.

  • 08.30: We enjoy a smoothie bowl full of energy. The ideal way to start the day.
  • 08.45: We start working with Yin Yang Yoga flow and breathing techniques. Wonderfully relaxing, strengthening and challenging to learn to let go!
  • 10.00: After the first relaxing session, we enjoy a sumptuous breakfast/brunch.
  • (Afternoon): If you are interested, you can follow a workshop to paint your own ceramic pot.
  • 17.00: The second session of the day focuses on gentle movements and exercises that strengthen your abdomen.
  • 18.00: We follow up with a breathing session. In 1 hour, you will learn how to breathe correctly to optimize your self-awareness, inner strength and health of body and mind. By letting go, we make room for new thoughts and energy.
  • 19.00: We end the day completely relaxed with a delicious dinner.

Day 3: Stretching and adventure

On Day 3, we provide a well-rounded program depending on your needs and wishes. You can fill in the free moments entirely as you wish. 

  • 08.30: We start the day again with a delicious smoothie bowl full of energy.
  • 08.45: Subsequently, we will enjoy a Yoga Flow with stretching according to the 5 elements, including Chinese Medicine, Kundalini and Qigong. These exercises will strengthen your organs and mind. An ideal way to release all stress from your body.
  • 10.00: When your body and mind are fully stretched, we enjoy a delicious breakfast/brunch.
  • (Afternoon): You can explore the area and take a boat trip to one of the islands (Ilha do Farol, Ilha da Culatra, Ilha da Armona).
  • 17.30: In the evening there will be a body scan session to make you fully aware of your entire body. This will further strengthen the connection between your body and mind.
  • 20.00: We close this richly filled day with a wonderful dinner.

Day 4: Nice and sporty

After the relaxing sessions of the past few days, we will be enjoying a sporty day.

  • 08.30: In the morning, we refuel our energy with a homemade smoothie bowl.
  • 08.45: Then we will enjoy a Yin Yang Yoga flow and breathing techniques. Wonderfully relaxing and liberating, which may also bring you new insights.
  • 10.00: Then we take time for a sumptuous breakfast/brunch.
  • 11.00: Subsequently, we will take our electric bikes to Ria Formosa, a nature reserve with a beautiful beach.
  • 18.00: We end the day with a Sound Healing session and meditation through which you will enjoy complete relaxation.
  • 19.00: We end the day with a dinner to remember.

Day 5: Rest and relaxation

Did you book a 4-night stay? Then you will check out today. You will enjoy another breakfast/brunch (fully included) and you will return home completely relaxed, recharged and with new insights.

Did you opt for a 5-night stay? Then we will have another day of rest and relaxation.

  • 08.30: We start our last day with a smoothie bowl, the ideal energy booster.
  • 08.45: Then we will enjoy a Yoga Flow with stretching according to the 5 elements, including Chinese Medicine, Kundalini and Qigong. These exercises strengthen your organs and mind. Stretching the energy pathways allows us to let go more easily and be present in the now. You will become at one with yourself and you will free up your body.
  • 10.00: When your body and mind are fully stretched, we take the time for a nice breakfast/brunch.
  • (Afternoon): In the afternoon you are free to plan your day. You can use the electric bikes, sauna and swimming pool. You can also choose a walking tour, visit the islands, or take a trip to the beach or the city. You are free to choose whatever suits you best.
  • 18.00: We will conclude our Small Retreat with a breathing session. In 1 hour, you will learn how to breathe correctly to optimize your self-awareness, inner strength and health of body and mind. By letting go, we make room for new thoughts and energy.
  • 19.30: We conclude our Small Retreat together with a final dinner.

Day 6: Check-out

If you have opted for a 5-night stay, you will check out on day 6 back with breakfast/brunch (fully included). You will return home completely relaxed, recharged and with new insights.
