Happy souls
I gave myself a big gift. 6 days full of relaxation and experience with Cindy. The yoga, breathwork session, and sound healing session were truly fantastic – an experience I will not forget anytime soon. The music made me feel at home again. The massage was wonderful and brought deep relaxation. The food, lovingly prepared by Megan and Denise, added so much extra value; pure, tasteful, and made with care. The location radiates the atmosphere of Bali and Ibiza – warm, full of ambiance, and you immediately feel welcome. Everything was perfect: small-scale, with a wonderful group of people to share it with. I truly lacked nothing. I have taken Cindy into my heart and will definitely come back here. An unforgettable experience and an absolute recommendation!
This is THE place to be. It all matches. The location, the energy, the food, the yoga and breath sessions. I was there for the third time. It is a place full of love and attention. The owner Cindy is. Rooms: 5 | Service: 5 | Location: 5. Rooms: Luxurious and pleasant. Fantastic bed, lovely shower, beautiful linens, bath towels. Food and drinks: Restaurants within cycling or driving distance. Special details: Everything is perfect. Highlights of the hotel: Luxury, Peaceful, Great value for money.
What an incredible paradise this place of Cindy’s (Seeds of Silence) in the Algarve is. Close to the airport, right in the middle of nature. I truly enjoyed Cindy’s breathwork sessions, and on top of that, the beautiful combination she creates with her yoga classes – she clearly has a lot of experience. But oh wow, I didn’t know where to look first. The various gardens are stunning, the rooms on the ground floor (always your own room), the large swimming pool, and the many shaded and sunny lounge areas with beautifully curated furniture. The atmosphere feels like Marrakech/India/Bali – this place is just too beautiful. It’s the kind of place that gives you endless inspiration for your own home and garden. The enormous Buddha statues and other sculptures in the gardens, the big house… the interior design is simply magnificent. And it’s also so nice that the group is small (maximum 5 people). That allows Cindy to give truly personal attention. What a lovely, kind, and beautiful woman she is. I really felt a connection with her. I truly hope all her retreats will be fully booked. And I haven’t even mentioned the delicious vegetarian food yet, presented with so much care and beauty. Everything matched in color and flavor (often from the garden itself). Super fresh – and you could really taste it. Every day had its own theme, lovingly prepared by the two chefs and explained to us as we sat down after our yoga and breathwork sessions. The drinks and smoothies were equally amazing. Everything was too good to be true. It honestly felt like a dream. It’s rare for me to want to stay longer somewhere, but with Cindy, I definitely did. I’ll certainly be coming back next year. The price-quality ratio is absolutely spot on. Of the six different retreats I’ve attended over the past few years, this one is without a doubt my number one!
Everything was perfect… the house, the food, the gardens, the pool. Just idyllic.I wasn’t sure about booking here, but I am SO glad I did. The guest house itself is like a small private hotel. Everything is beautifully curated… in every corner of the house and grounds. There are many quiet little nooks to go and relax with a book, or to find shade and peace. There are refreshing and beautifully displayed drinks to help yourself to all day long… water with lemon, or beautiful floral teas. Denise and Megan fed us superbly well, with every attention to detail. Each day, a different place setting of lovely pottery / crockery and tasty food prepared with love and care. So much food!!! It was hard to resist… every single meal was delicious, and nothing was too much trouble for either of them. Cindy is a fantastic yoga teacher. She is so knowledgeable and talented. Her classes were a joy, and the breathwork sessions a revelation. I have learned that “if you don’t breathe, it doesn’t work”! I went alone on this retreat… and met some amazing women who helped me make memories which will stay with me always. Can’t recommend Seeds of Silence highly enough… blessed that it found me.
What a paradise at Seeds of Silence! We didn’t miss a thing. A variety of yoga styles, even one session with live music: Breath and Balance. Fun outings, fantastic food, an amazing breakfast/brunch, and delicious dinners – compliments to the kitchen team. Cindy, the owner, is a sweetheart. She senses exactly what someone needs. The rooms look beautiful, everything has been thought of, and they’re impeccably maintained. Everything smells wonderful. When you sit in one of the lovely spots in the garden, you feel like you’re in Bali. Peace and space, with a wonderful pool as the cherry on top. Stylish furniture and parasols wherever needed. You’re completely taken care of. There were also some fun daytime excursions. The small scale makes it feel extra personal. We enjoyed this week so much! A solid ten.
