“Retreat yourself” at Seeds of Silence! This is highly recommended! Here you will unwind completely and fully recharge.

Relaxation at its finest with yoga, breathwork, soaking up the sun by the pool, or in the sauna. The massages are wonderful and the food is the tastiest and healthiest you have ever tasted!

Cindy is an amazing yoga teacher and hostess and takes care of every detail to ensure you can fully relax. See you next year! Already looking forward to it! 💛

I just wanted to thank everybody at seeds of silence for a wonderful restorative week. I went to enjoy the calm and not to do the yoga but I was made so well by everybody. This really is a beautiful place, the food is quite exceptional and everywhere you look it’s a photograph waiting to be taken. I will be back.
What a special experience! The beautiful accommodation, surrounded by peace and nature, is the perfect place to fully recharge.

The food was a true feast: pure food art. Every meal was prepared with love: healthy, surprising, and deliciously varied. That alone is reason enough to come back.

The yoga and breathwork classes brought relaxation, depth, and new insights. Thanks to the wonderful variety, every day felt special. Cindy is warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed. Her guidance felt safe, personal, and professional, allowing you to truly open up and come completely to yourself. I am immensely grateful for this experience. Highly recommended!

It was wonderful to stay at Seeds of Silence for the second time again. Last year hotel and yoga, now the small retreat. Everything is taken care of down to the last detail. The lovely yoga classes, the fantastic brunch and dinner, all the activities; it is truly delightful to stay here. Thank you, dear Cindy, for opening up your beautiful house with a pool and all the lovely little nooks where you can enjoy the beautiful garden and peace. See you next year!

Seeds of Silence is a very beautiful place. I would call it a Paradise on Earth. The domain is a real museum with pieces of art collected from all over the world.
The host and a holistic life coach Cindy, her husband Nico, and the great chefs Meghan and Denise make sure that every guest is pampered and well taken care of.
It's a small retreat with just six participants, making the atmosphere cozy and intimate. Will definitely return.

Once in a lifetime experience!
I recently attended the retreat to India organised by Cindy from Seeds of Silence.
Cindy is such a kind, warm and talented person. So much thought had gone into the sessions and extra activities. I learnt so much from the yoga sessions and had so much fun. Cindy went above and beyond to look after us and give us the best possible experience. I have so many great memories and really hope I can do it all again. Many thanks Cindy, you are one in a million

Seeds of Silence is by far my absolute favorite place to go for a retreat (and a relaxing holiday). Cindy, the Belgian host, is a wonderfully warm and dedicated woman with great attention to detail and impeccable taste. The brunch and dinner are sublime — everything tastes amazing and is beautifully presented. Her team works with the same love and dedication, and from the very first moment, you feel completely at home.

The rooms are beautiful, spotless, and stylish, with incredibly comfortable beds. Usually, you sleep worse when you’re away from home — I promise you, here you’ll sleep even better.

The yoga, breathwork, and other sessions (including elements of Tai Chi and sound healing) are thoughtfully guided and accessible to everyone, whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. The clean pool is a lovely place to swim and relax.

This a place for transformation, for lettijng go and reconnecting with your true self, and for leaving deeply relaxed. I wholeheartedly recommend Seeds of Silence to everyone!

I've just returned from here and had the most amazing retreat on every way. The hotel is small and beautiful. Every corner beautifully curated. Lots of places / cosy to retreat in peace with a journal or book...or just to sit and 'be'. Peaceful and tranquil ...full stop.
The yoga and breathwork sessions led by Cindy are varied and interesting...sometimes challenging and sometimes more yin. She is talented and professional. Fabulous!
The food is to die for...delicious veggie yumminess at every meal. Plentiful and generous as well as beautiful to look at. The two fabulous women who looked after us made us feel cared for. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
The bedrooms are small and beautiful. The comfiest of beds and smell like a spa. Toiletries equally high quality.
I cannot think of anything I eoyld change and I cant wait to go back if I possibly can.
Small, cosy, beautiful in every way. Can't recommend highly enough.

Such a fabulous retreat with lovely rooms and staff.
The place was so peaceful with lovely grounds and a pool.
Brunch was healthy and delicious made by Denise who loves cooking.
But make sure you eat it all as she puts so much love and effort in preparing it😅😋

We tried the gong bath which was very healing.

Cindy and the staff are wonderful and friendly.
Should have booked for the yoga package rather than room only.
We shall be back next year to do the full package.
Make sure there is plenty of food for us as we enjoyed it so much😂
Watch out Cindy as next year it will be 8 of us instead of 4😅🫣

Small Group Retreat Schedule

Day 1: Check in and connect

On the first day, we welcome you with a drink and a snack and a wonderful brunch if you arrive in the morning before noon. You have plenty of time to explore your room, the property and the beautiful surroundings. We start our program in the evening.

  • 5.30 PM: Time to connect with the other guests in an opening circle. We unwind gently with breathing techniques and mindfulness exercises. 
  • 7 PM: We conclude the first day with a delicious welcome dinner.

Our private chef Megan has a passion for vegetarian and vegan cuisine and she loves sharing her passion with you. Megan prepares the most delicious balanced meals for us with top-quality local organic products. Healthy, varied and flavorful, a delight for all the senses! By the way, Michelle won’t send you home without tips, advice and recipes of her dishes. A true gift when you want to continue a healthy vegetarian or vegan lifestyle when you get back home.

Day 2: Relaxation and rebalancing

The second day of the Small Retreat is all about connecting with the inner-self and a silent hiking tour. Ending the day with a South African dinner.

  • 8.30 AM: We start with a breathwork session combined with Kundalini awakening. In 1.5 hours, you will learn how to breathe correctly to optimize your self-awareness, inner strength and health of body and mind.
  • 10 AM: After the first relaxing breathwork session, we will take time for an extensive breakfast/brunch.
  • Afternoon: You are free to fill your afternoon as you wish. You can go exploring or relax and take all the time you need to rebalance yourself. We have plenty of secret spots to be yourself, relax, and connect with nature.
  • 4 PM: We go on a Silent and NO Mobile walking tour for about 1 hour, exploring the beauty of the Algarve. Rebalance with the help of Nature.
  • 5.30 PM: The second session of the day is a yoga session where we mix Qigong, Tai Chi, Kundalini yoga, Vinyasa yoga and yin yoga. This session focuses on breathing by stretching your bodies energy pathways based on Chinese medicine.
  • 7.30 PM: We conclude the day completely relaxed with a delicious South African dinner.
Day 3: Stretching and recharging

On Day 3, we provide a full program depending on your needs and wishes. You can fill in the free moments as you wish.

  • 8.30 AM: We start the day with a delicious smoothie bowl full of energy.
  • 8.45 AM: This is followed by a Yoga Flow with stretching according to the 5 elements, Chinese medicine.
  • 10 AM: When your body and mind are fully stretched, we will take time for an extensive breakfast/brunch.
  • Afternoon: You can explore the area and take a boat trip to one of the islands (Ilha do Farol, Ilha da Culatra, Ilha da Armona). Or just taking time to recharge in Seeds Of Silence. Or enjoy our silent honesty bar, with books to exchange.
  • 5.00 PM: In the evening, you’ll enjoy a restorative yoga session with live music and crystal bowls—fully recharging your body and soul.
  • 7 PM: We end the day with a nice dinner.
Day 4: Transforming and sporty

After the relaxing sessions of the past few days, we will now go for a good mix of reflection and meditation sessions.

  • 8.30 AM: We start the day with a 1.5-hour breathwork session with kundalini awakening.
  • 10 AM: Then we take time for an extensive breakfast/brunch.
  • 11 AM: We ride our electric bikes to Ria Formosa, a nature reserve with a beautiful beach. You can admire the endless salt lakes and different birds in the nature reserve. If you want, you can take a swim in the Ria Formosa.
  • 5.30 PM: We end the day with a Sound Healing and meditation session. Transform with your affirmations and the power of the unconscious mind.
  • 7.30 PM: We enjoy a delicious, extensive dinner together.
Dag 5: Recharge completely

Did you book a 4-night retreat? Then you will check out on day 5. You’ll enjoy another breakfast/brunch (fully included) and return home completely relaxed, recharged and with new insights. If your plane is early in the morning, we will gladly give you a healthy smoothie.

Did you book a 5-night retreat? Then we will have another day of rest and relaxation.

  • 8.30 AM: We start the day with a 1.5-hour Q flow yoga class, breathwork, pranayama, and stretching.
  • 10 AM: Then we take time for an extensive breakfast/brunch.
  • Afternoon: Day to fully recharge, enjoy the swimming pool, listen to music, or read your favourite book. Or use the bicycle to explore and visit one of the nearby villages, Tavira, Olhao or Faro
  • 5 PM: We end the day with a Kundalini yoga and meditation session.
  • 7 PM: We enjoy a delicious, extensive dinner together.
Day 6: Go home recharged

If you booked a 5-night retreat, you will check out on day 6. You’ll enjoy another breakfast/brunch (fully included) and return home completely relaxed, recharged and with new insights. If your plane is early in the morning, we will gladly give you a healthy smoothie.
