You will stay at the beautiful Vikasa Evolution Retreat, nestled between palm trees and the turquoise sea. Here, each day begins with sunrise yoga and ends with deep relaxation under the stars. This retreat is an invitation to slow down, recharge and reconnect with yourself.

During this retreat we combine yoga, breathwork and inner work with the peace and beauty of a tropical island.

Your days follow a natural rhythm:

The kitchen at Vikasa is known for its nourishing and balanced cuisine, perfectly aligned with a retreat experience. Each day begins with an extensive brunch and ends with a shared dinner. Planning

Retreat program

Arrival on Koh Lon, check-in and introduction. We begin the retreat with a welcome circle and sunset dinner.
Sunrise Kundalini yoga followed by brunch. Free time to snorkel or relax on the beach. Evening: yin yoga and meditation.
Morning practice followed by a waterfall hike on Phuket. Evening: meditation and kundalini breathwork.
Morning breathwork session. Free afternoon for spa or excursions. Evening: kundalini yoga and meditation.
Beach yoga. Island hopping and snorkeling among tropical islands.
Morning breathwork and free time. Evening: yoga and meditation.
Q Flow yoga and kayaking through mangroves and caves. We close the retreat with a closing circle.
