India GOA Retreat
Restore your balance
The demands of daily life, packed schedules, and constant obligations can throw you off balance. You may feel disconnected from yourself, irritable, and as if life is just happening to you. Sound familiar? Then it’s time to hit pause and take a step back—far from your daily routine.
The greatest gift you can give yourself is time and space. During the India GOA Retreat, you will recharge with yoga, breathwork, and meditation—all set in a breathtaking natural paradise. Leave stress behind and return home renewed, energized, and balanced.

The Experience
India GOA Retreat: a spiritual journey to rejuvenation
At the India GOA Retreat, you will stay at Ashiyana Retreat, a true jungle paradise just a short walk from the ocean and the peaceful coastal village of Mandrem.
Together with a small group of no more than 11 participants, you will immerse yourself in transformative sessions and ceremonies, including yoga, breathwork, kundalini activations, massages, and more.
In addition to traditional yoga practices, I also teach YogaQiflow and Five Elements Yoga—modalities that stimulate the body’s energy levels and support deep detoxification, both physically and emotionally.
Through movement and breath, we aim to bring balance to the organs and clear blocked energy, leaving you feeling lighter, refreshed, and more in tune with your body.
You decide how much of the program you follow—there’s no pressure, only possibilities. Move at your own pace and enjoy nourishing meals with vegetarian and vegan options. Return home fully recharged and in balance.

Thank you so much for the wonderful time. You gave me fantastic lessons and valuable insights. A thousand thanks and much love. I look forward to coming back again!
A piece of heaven on earth. Truly! If you’re looking for a retreat on a small scale (6 rooms) on a beautiful spot with super healthy ànd delicious food, this is the place to be. I’ve done a few retreats, this is the best one. Cindy is a wonderful host: wise, strong and just lovely, as is her staff. I’ve experienced a retreat to remember and cherish. Allow yourself to enjoy this!
What a beautiful, peaceful place! I followed the small group yoga retreat and could relax completely thanks to hostess Cindy’s inspiring classes and her warm personality. With her eye for detail, she transforms this property into an oasis of peace where you lack nothing. From the many Buddha statues over the delicious vegetarian dishes to the extensive choice of nooks to get cozy in the sun with a book: this place has everything to boost your whole being and return home fully recharged. Wonderful, healing, transformative experience. Thank you Cindy & team!
What a wonderful place to just let go of everything… the fun yoga and breathwork classes, the beautiful, serene surroundings, the good care of Cindy and her team make you feel away from it all and yet at home. The brunch is truly indescribable, looks like a picture and is sooo delicious… The massage was the icing on the cake. A gift to myself…. Till next year 😉
From the moment I came through the gate of Seeds of Silence, I was flooded with a very pleasant feeling of peace and warmth. The journey I have been on has been fantastic and life-changing for me. I could not have dreamt this beforehand. The guidance and attention to me as a human being has been heartwarming and I will never forget. Each and every one of you are truly amazing!
I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from this yoga retreat since it was my first time trying something like this. However, after 5 days at this oasis of love and tranquility, I can only say that I couldn’t have made a better choice. Cindy and her team went above and beyond from the start to make everyone feel at home and provided with all the luxuries. You feel welcome and can fully focus on relaxing. If I could, I would give this experience 6 out of 5 stars.
