During this retreat, we’ll explore together:
- what kind of love feels right for you
- where your true source of love comes from
- who you share your love with (including yourself!)
Love isn’t one-size-fits-all. Even when you love someone else, it can show up in different ways—maybe you love by caring for them, or maybe your love is trusting them to stand on their own.
During our NLP & Self-Love Retreat, you get to define what self-love means for you. Is it acceptance? Respect? Appreciation? Recognition?

We all have parts of ourselves that we struggle with—things we wish were different. But hopefully, there are also parts you’re proud of! This retreat is all about looking at all sides of you with kindness.
Our personality is made up of different parts, and you can hear it in the way we talk: A part of me really wants this, but another part is hesitating.
The way these parts interact plays a huge role in your happiness.
What you’ll get from this retreat: You’ll learn how to build trust, understanding, and connection between all parts of yourself—so they work together instead of against each other.

At Seeds of Silence, we pamper you with an extensive breakfast and brunch buffet that includes freshly baked breads, homemade granola, fresh juices, smoothies, cakes, local cheeses, fresh jams, vegetable spreads and more. The ingredients of our colorful dishes come straight from nature. A treat for the eye… and your taste buds. Our kitchen focuses on honest, healthy and organic food. Everything is crisp, fresh and homemade, allowing us to accommodate vegan, gluten- or lactose-free preferences. You are also welcome to take drinks from our honesty bar any time. You can choose from a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and record your order in the expense book. You pay cash at check-out. Quick, easy and honest!

Day 1 (May 31): Arrival & Introduction
Welcome to paradise! Our retreat is set in a stunning location on the Portuguese coast, near Faro. Take your time to settle in, meet the group, and soak up the peaceful vibes.

Day 2 (June 1): Dare to Dream!
What if you let more self-love into your life? How would things change? Today is about setting a clear vision so your conscious and subconscious mind can start working toward it.
- 07:00 – 08:30 – Morning session with Cindy: Yoga Q Flow – Breath & movement in harmony
- 09:30 – 10:30 – The best brunch ever
- 10:30 – 11:30 – Free time: explore, take a dip in the pool, or relax in the sauna
- 11:30 – 13:30 – Midday session with Emilie: Your inner world – Meet your different parts
- 13:30 – 16:30 – Free time (lunch available on-site)
- 16:30 – 19:30 – Evening session with Emilie: Relaxing visualization – Trust in growth and change

Day 3 (June 2): Who Am I?
Time to dive deep! Today, we’ll explore the different parts of you—what they need, how they help you, and how you can bring them into balance.

- 09:30 – 10:30 – Brunch
- 10:30 – 13:30 – Free time: e-bike ride to the beach or a peaceful morning of journaling
- 13:30 – 16:30 – Midday session with Emilie: Who is in charge within you?
- 16:30 – 19:30 – Evening session with Emilie: Deep visualization and relaxation
- 19:30 – 20:30 – Dinner
Day 4 (June 3): Transformation & Cooperation
What habits or patterns are holding you back? How can your inner parts work with each other instead of against each other?
- 07:00 – 08:30 – Morning session with Cindy: 5-elements yoga – Releasing and strengthening your energy
- 09:30 – 10:30 – Brunch
- 10:30 – 13:30 – Free time: relax by the pool, explore, or take time for personal reflection
- 13:30 – 16:30 – Midday session with Emilie: Understanding your positive intentions
- 16:30 – 19:30 – Evening session with Emilie: Making powerful commitments to yourself
- 19:30 – 20:30 – Dinner
Dag 5 (04/06): Closing & Farewell
The retreat may be ending, but your self-love journey is just getting started. We wrap up with a final session and a relaxed goodbye.

A piece of heaven on earth. Truly! If you’re looking for a retreat on a small scale (6 rooms) on a beautiful spot with super healthy ànd delicious food, this is the place to be. I’ve done a few retreats, this is the best one. Cindy is a wonderful host: wise, strong and just lovely, as is her staff. I’ve experienced a retreat to remember and cherish. From the moment I came through the gate of Seeds of Silence, I was flooded with a very pleasant feeling of peace and warmth. The journey I have been on has been fantastic and life-changing for me. The gift of the Seeds of Silence Small Group retreat to myself is one of the best things I have done in my life. I have been on many retreats around the world but what Cindy has created here is both nurturing and nourishing for the body and soul.
