For four days, we guide you through a gentle, transformative experience. Through yoga, breathwork, NLP, and soul coaching, you’ll return to the power of your soul.

Together, we’ll explore:

Rediscover yourself and your inner parts

We’re all made up of different parts. Sometimes they work together, sometimes they clash. During this retreat, you’ll get to know your inner parts and build a loving relationship between them – based on recognition, understanding, and trust.

Through NLP, soul coaching, and reflection, you’ll discover:

  • How old patterns unconsciously steer you
  • How to gently choose who you truly are
  • How to anchor new intentions into your daily life

At Seeds of Silence, we pamper you with an extensive breakfast and brunch buffet that includes freshly baked bread, homemade granola, fresh juices, smoothies, cakes, local cheeses, fresh jams, vegetable spreads and more. The ingredients of our colorful dishes come straight from nature. A treat for the eye… and your taste buds. 

Our kitchen focuses on honest, healthy and organic food. Everything is crisp, fresh and homemade, allowing us to accommodate vegan, gluten- or lactose-free preferences. You are also welcome to take drinks from our honesty bar any time. 

You can choose from a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and record your order in the expense book. You pay cash at check-out. Quick, easy and honest!

  • Flight from Belgium or the Netherlands to Faro (Faro airport is only a 15-minute drive away). The closest airport is Faro, but you can also land at Sevilla and Lisbon.

Daily Schedule

Reload Retreat Program

During this four-day retreat, we follow the natural rhythm of the day: begin with breath and movement, dive into self-reflection in the afternoon, and release at sunset. Each phase supports your process of reconnection, transformation, and integration.

Arrival (May 31):

  • Warm welcome, introductions, and setting shared intentions

Departure (June 4):

  • Morning session & closing brunch – ending with softness and clarity

Your day begins in silence, with space for yourself.

  • Yoga – gentle movements to release tension and restore energy
  • Breathwork – conscious breathing to reconnect deeply with yourself
  • Setting Intentions – creating clarity around what you want from your day

These mornings bring clarity, lightness, and a calm focus for the rest of the day.

After a nourishing brunch, it’s time for coaching, reflection, and soul work.

  • NLP & Coaching – insights into unconscious patterns, inner parts, and identity
  • Moments of Reflection – space to integrate insights, either individually or in groups
  • Free Time – relax by the pool, explore nature by e-bike, or simply be

These afternoons are meant to expand your awareness and help you drop into yourself.

The day ends in softness.

  • Healing Rituals – creating space for what your soul truly needs
  • Energetic Work – releasing old patterns and anchoring new intentions
