Do you want a well-balanced and healthy lifestyle? During our Ayurvedic Yoga Retreat, you will stay at the Boutique Guesthouse Seeds of Silence with up to 11 other guests. Comfortable rooms, heated pool, yoga room and fitness, sauna and honesty bar, free use of electric bicycles… Welcome to paradise on earth.

This group retreat offers both guided sessions and free moments. In the mornings and evenings, Ninalotte and Cindy will guide you in workshops and sessions focused on Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, breathing and mindfulness. Between sessions, you’ll have plenty of time to explore the beautiful surroundings or relax further on the domain.

Nutrition is an important part of a balanced lifestyle. During the Ayurvedic Yoga Retreat you can enjoy freshly prepared meals in the morning and evening, with ingredients straight from nature. For our breakfast/brunch, you can choose from freshly baked bread, homemade granola, fresh juices, smoothies, cakes, local cheeses, fresh jams, vegetable spreads and much more. Do you prefer to eat vegan or gluten- or lactose-free? Everything is possible. Our cuisine is simply and deliciously honest. Want to kill your thirst after a yoga session or cool off by the pool? Take a delicious drink (with or without alcohol) from our honesty bar. Write down your order and pay at check-out. Nice and easy.

About Cindy

Cindy is a passionate yoga teacher, coach and breathwork professional. Health, exercise and breathing are very important to her. With her classes, Cindy wants to get people moving in the right direction, both mentally and physically.

Cindy uses Yin and Yang, breathing techniques, the five element teachings, Pranayama, Kundalini and Vinyasa yoga. These moments of reflection are an invitation for your body and mind to find your unique strength outside your comfort zone. Every stretch in your body is linked to an energy pathway. With the correct movements and stretches, Cindy will help you lift blockages to allow energy to flow again.

About Ninalotte

Working as a model and actress, Ninalotte came in contact with Yoga, Ayurveda and meditation at a young age. She found that these teachings offered her a sense of home in her own mind and body at every moment.


Since then, the intention of Ninalotte has been to gracefully balance the worlds of "outer beauty" and "inner beauty" using Ayurveda, in which you strive for an optimal physical, mental and energetic balance. In accessible and enriching workshops, Ninalotte introduces you to the basics of Ayurveda and practical tools to take your well-being into your own hands.

Planning

Program of Ayurvedic Yoga Retreat

  • We welcome you with a drink and a snack,
  • 6 p.m.: We will start the retreat with an opening circle lead by Cindy and Ninalotte.
  • 7:30 p.m.: Elaborate welcome dinner
  • 8 a.m.: We start the day with a meditation and breathwork session.
  • 10 a.m.: Breakfast/brunch in silence
  • Afterwards, you can spend the day lounging by the pool or go for a walk or bike ride.
  • 4 p.m.: Ninalotte will guide you through the Ayurveda and its principles workshop. You will get an introduction to the underlying philosophy and discover your own dosha.
  • 18:00 uur: movement and breath by Cindy
  • 7:30 p.m.: Dinner
  • 8 a.m.: We start the day with the workshop Inner pharmacy: healing through the 5 senses , where you will learn to restore your own balance with your 5 senses.
  • 10 a.m.: Breakfast/brunch
  • Afterwards, you can spend the day lounging by the pool or go for a walk or bike ride.
  • 17u30 uur: Cindy guides you in a session focused on MovementQiflow and breathing, where she combines Qgong and movement through the 5 senses.
  • 7:30 p.m.: During dinner, we will learn more about food that benefits a conscious and balanced life, thanks to flavors.
  • 08:30 uur: We start the day with a session around meditation and breathwork by Cindy. Q flow, in which we let yin and yang flow together.
  • 10 a.m.: Breakfast/brunch in silence
  • Afterwards, you can spend the day lounging by the pool or go for a walk or bike ride.
  • 5 p.m.: Ninalotte will guide you during the Meditation and Pranayama workshop, where you will discover the benefits of these techniques for your dosha, and much more.
  • 7:30 p.m.: Dinner
  • 9 a.m.: We end the Ayurvedic Yoga Retreat with an extensive breakfast/brunch buffet with the whole group.
  • Afterwards you can return home fully recharged, or continue to enjoy the Boutique Guesthouse for a few more days.
